Sr. Digital Strategist

You Are Here (YAH) is looking for a Sr. Digital Strategist to play an integral role in defining comprehensive digital strategies across a variety of clients. The ideal candidate in this role has 5 - 7 years of digital agency experience under their belt and has a strong understanding of the ever-changing digital landscape. This candidate will also have a deep understanding of how a consumer interacts with a multitude of digital touchpoints every day. This role will focus on developing thoughtful and actionable marketing solutions for our clients that leverage research, data, intuition, and insights to strategically meet the client’s objectives and needs.



  • Provide holistic, strategic digital thought-leadership to internal and external clients
  • Leverage a strong understanding of the digital landscape and technologies to develop digitally-lead brand and campaign-level strategies that ladder up to client business objectives and consumer behavior
  • Identify key client business challenges, opportunities and needs to present relevant, thoughtful solutions
  • Work with internal and external teams to define and distill business goals and objectives, create success metrics, and leverage learnings to further refine programs and strategies
  • Ability to turn research into insights and insights into actionable strategies
  • Identify new and emerging brands, spot trends and leverage best practices across a variety of clients with unique audiences
  • Conduct research (consumer, cultural, competitive, platform, etc.…) to glean relevant information/insights to drive digital strategies and objectives forward
  • Craft strategic deliverables/outputs, including brand positioning, consumer insights, and journeys, strategic POVs, audience insights, messaging, channel/platform roles, etc.


  • 5 - 7 years of relevant digital strategy experience in an agency setting
  • Understanding of web, mobile, content, social and optimization strategies
  • An analytical, solution-oriented and conceptual thinker
  • Strong communication, presentation and project management skills
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools
  • Experience developing integrated, cross-channel strategies for B2B and B2C clients
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities at any given time
  • Must be able to lead and work collaboratively and excel in a cross-functional environment
