Client Executive, Field Marketing

You Are Here (YAH) is looking for a Client Executive who will be responsible for developing and managing national campaigns that drive growth, retention and support the local field marketing team of a Fortune 10 company. The Client Executive will have experience in supporting a remote team on a variety of marketing initiatives. This individual will collaborate closely with the assigned client team and will immerse themselves in every expect of the client and client projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees day to day management and execution of strategic field marketing campaigns including development, launch and measurement.
  • Builds deeper client relationships with marketing excellence, clear thinking and actionable recommendations.
  • Identifies organic growth opportunities.
  • Collaborates with counterparts within YAH and Cooper Holdings to leverage full agency capabilities on behalf of client.
  • Assists with development of client presentations.
  • Manages program budgets, timelines and on-going status updates.
  • Utilize internal agency resources and teams to deliver best-in-class work for the client.
  • Possesses working familiarity with key aspects of the business and can identify opportunities to provide marketing insight solutions to help grow brands.
  • Identify and discover client needs and create appropriate solutions in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Prepare analysis of client campaign/project results and identify opportunities to improve results and/or show ROI.
  • Balance the dual expectations of the client and the agency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years related work experience in field and/or experiential marketing.
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrate strategic and sound decision-making skills while having a track record of solving business challenges.
  • Strong presentation, communication and writing skills.
  • Some travel required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite program (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
